We investigated Mr. Mitnick ’s claims and determine they were without any foundation . We refused Mr. Mitnick ’s demands for money , but did offer to get him out of his contractual duty so that he could find out a carrier that he would be comfortable with .
We require that any systems contain sore information regarding parole encrypt the data . In addition , we send reminder to our customer explain the importance of using complex , hard to guess parole and change them frequently .
