Creative Sues Apple Over iPod Patents

Creative Technology , Ltd. , feel the flop sweat creeping up from the back of its cervix to the top of its head , apparently decided since it could n’t tucker out Apple at its own game , it was going to process the fellowship into submission . originative asked the US International Trade Commission ( ITC ) to stop sales of all iPods and inquire whether Apple infringed on its Singapore - based patent deal Creative Zen multimedia system players . Creative says it filed a patent on August 9 , 2005 , “ for its invention of its user interface used by most portable digital media players . ”
