These customizable confections are the brainchild of ECAL grad Student , Elsa Lambinet , in coordination with Swiss chocolatier Blondel . The confection combine raiment of umber shells , insert like nugat or caramel , and toppings like cherries , hazel nuts , or whatever else you project .
