Miley Cyrusis on a hot streak!

The Grammy winner just dropped her brandnew single “Doctor (Work It Out)“and her gravity-defying hair that she debuted at last month’s Grammy Awards doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.

In fact, her whole aesthetic from the Grammys — the disco vibe, the sparkles, the lack of pants — it’s all here.

In the music video for herPharrell Williamscollab, Cyrus, 31, keeps her backdrop super-simple, and lets her lyrics, dance moves, wardrobe and big hair take center stage.

For most of the video, she wears an archival 2004 Roberto Cavalli minidress. The body-hugging black silk design dips low in the front and is covered in silver sequins. It’s finished with a fringe hem that swings as she dances. She completes the look with black heels.

Cyrus then appears in a head-turning sheer black catsuit that topped with a teeny-tiny silver set that consists of a silver metal shrug and hot pants from Paco Rabanne’s 1991 haute couture collection.

Cyrus’s look also features some major accessories. (Some might even be as big as her hair!)

Speaking of massive, Cyrus' hair is styled in much the same way it was for the Grammys, all thanks to her hairstylistBob Recine, who has been working with Cyrus for years. Just like he teased her locks up for the award show — where shetook home her first Grammy Awards of her career— he did so here, giving her volume for days.

For the Grammys, Recine told PEOPLE, “I’ve been working with Miley for a long time and tonight we wanted to create [something] different than last year, with a style that felt like it had a ’70s, Barbarella feel while still having a modern, punk edge. By creating a big hair look, while still leaving some of the teasing visible, it allows the look to maintain a fresh, sexy feeling.”
