Kate MiddletonandPrince William’s three children likely woke up excited on Friday as half-term break begins atLambrook School. George, 10, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5, will have two weeks off from classes during the first break of the first term of the school year. They’re set to head back on Oct. 30 just in time for a kid-favorite holiday: Halloween.

Though the Prince and Princess of Walesdidn’t releasea photo of their kids heading back to Lambrook this year, as snaps are not shared every year to keep school a private and pressure-free space, the trio started school in September and began the break after five weeks of studies. Though they’re growing up royal, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis’ time off will probably look much like their classmates with plenty of family time and relaxed activities.

After a busy two weeks of joint and solo engagements, including a trip to Wales to kick offBlack History Monthand three days of outings aroundWorld Mental Health Day, Prince William and Princess Kate likely slimmed down their schedules to spend extra time with their children during the time off from school as they’ve done in the past.

“Someone did ask me the other day, what would you want your children to remember about their childhood?” the royal mom told host Giovanna Fletcher. “And I thought that was a really good question, because actually if you really think about that, is it that I’m sitting down trying to do their maths and spelling homework over the weekend?”

“Or is it the fact that we’ve gone out and lit a bonfire and sat around trying to cook sausages that hasn’t worked because it’s too wet?” she continued.
