On Tuesday, the 74-year-old fashion designer shared photo highlights from the glamorousNew Year’s Evesoirée she hosted in Miami — including her daring, abs-baring party look.
Wang posed in front of a large dining table decorated with colorful balloon centerpieces, wearing a long black halter-style dress with a silver bralette. The dress, which featured open sides that showed off her abs and shoulders, is from her own Haute Fashion collection.
The bridal legend topped off her NYE look with a large black bow in her hair, which she wore down in a sleek, pin-straight style.
“Celebrating the New Year….Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!!! 🥂🥂🥂,” Wang wrote in her caption, tagging makeup artistMarla Beltand hair stylistCarla Nicole.
Inanother post, Wang featured two photos of her and her 30-year-old daughter,Josephine “Jo” Becker, posing together while holding lit sparklers. Jo coordinated with her stylish mom in a black off-the-shoulder minidress and silver peep-toe platform heels.
“Trying very hard not to get burned… Jo and me smiling away… into the New Year!!! 🔥🎈💥❤️,” Wang wrote.
Athird postshowed Wang eyeing a table covered with colorful cakes and bottles of Vera Wang Party prosecco. “The best part of the night ….. 🥂🍾 Well, the 💥🧨💥 were pretty awesome too!!” she joked.
After a night of revelry to close out 2023, the fashion maven gave a glimpse of the laid-back way she was starting off the new year — basking in the Florida sun. She posted a series ofphotosof herself sitting outside on a chaise longue, wearing denim cutoffs, a white button-down shirt worn open and platform high-top sneakers.
“MORNING MIAMI… Sunshine ☀️ 👏👏👏 here we go 2024,” she declared in the post’s caption.

Wang had an equally glamorous Christmas. She and Jo, along with elder daughterCecilia Becker, 33, donned matching metallic slip dresses for the occasion — no flannel PJs for this high-fashion family!
She shared photos of the trio posing together in the shimmery teal designs. Cecilia and Jo — who are adopted and whom Wang shares with her ex-husband Arthur Becker — added Santa hats to their looks, while the designer sported glitzy jewelry from herLOVE collection with Zales.

After sharing the age-defying photo, Wang was flooded with questions from fans wanting to know the secret to her youthful appearance. She said she’s glad to see a shift in people’s perceptions of what aging looks like for women today.
“I guess it’s just that people have an idea of what 70 looks like today,” she told PEOPLE. “I have so many friends that are 65 to 70 that look fabulous. But I have to say that hopefully, it’s a good thing. I hope it makes women feel more comfortable with themselves or are confident, or there are many definitions of what a woman can be.”
